Are you ready for college?

When I was a senior in college, I was so ready to get out and go into the world of college. But what I didn't know was that I wasn't even barely ready for college. I mean I send in all of my application and took all of my test that was required. I never thought of not getting accepted. Turns out that the three school that I applied to only one accepted me which was in the Spring semester. I didn't like that so I decided to applied for another school. Long story short, I went to a private university which I hated it. Private school which equals expensive tuition. In high school, I would like for a change for which students are to be more aware of college. There should have a class for 30 minutes once a week to where students are allowed to ask question about college. Not just university but as well as community college. Ask question about financial aid, college applications, and other forums that are needed.

  1. I think that high school doesn't prepare you as much as it should for college. They tell you about things like financial aid and college applications but they do not give you enough information on how or where to do these things. When I was applying for all of these things I had to do a lot of research on my own to make sure I had everything just right.
